Delivery

We ship to the UK and internationally. UK orders will typically be sent by Royal Mail second class, or by 24-hour delivery if an Express service is selected, and international orders by Royal Mail International Standard. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier with comparable delivery times where this would be more economical.

For orders from out-with the UK, please be aware that our purchase and delivery costs do not include taxes or customs payments. You are responsible for any additional import duties and/or taxes charged by your home country.

Current delivery prices and estimates are as follows (the exact price will depend on the quantity of items ordered):

UK Economy: 3-6 working days, from £3.60
UK Express Tracked: 1-3 working days, from £5.60
Europe: 4-8 working days, from £8.00
World Zone 1 (North America excluding the USA; South America; Africa; the Middle East; the Far East; and South East Asia excluding Singapore): 7-10 working days, from £12.00
World Zone 2 (countries not in Europe or World Zone 1, excluding the USA): 7-10 working days, from £14.00
USA: 7-10 working days, from £16.00

Delivery times can take longer, especially during the Christmas period or if affected by mail strikes or periods of severe weather. Please be aware in addition that we are not a large-scale operation and deliveries are managed by a single individual, so at times we may announce upcoming delays due to holidays or other personal circumstances. If we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days we will offer to cancel your order and issue a refund.

If an item is reported as not arrived, we will investigate with the delivery company. Where we conclude that items have been lost we will offer to replace the item. Where replacements are declined we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund, unless or until the item is returned to us as undelivered. UK customers have the option to select a tracked express delivery service.

Return / refund policy

As per the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please inform us by email of your intention to return the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returns. When we have received the goods, we will issue a refund of your original purchase and delivery costs, provided that goods are returned in an ‘as new’ condition.

Where goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us by email within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you the cost of returning the goods by second class Royal Mail postage, and will issue a replacement or refund according to your wish.
